The pavilion was a modest building surrounded by gardens that sloped down to the river Garonne. As she alighted, Angelique was startled by the profound silence, which was disturbed only by the chirping of crickets.
This is how I do imagine the little pavilion on the river Garonne in Toulouse.

As I did understood it from the books, it was on the opposite side of the river from the Palace of Gay Sience, outside of the city walls, in the suburb of Toulouse.
I took the old map of Toulouse for to put in the little pavilion and as well The Palace, just for fun.
Because I don't wanted to destroy any real buildings in the city, which ones were there in 17 century, I did find my own special places:
Violet heart - Palace
Blue circle - Cathedral St.Sernin in Toulouse where was the wedding of Joffrey and Angelique
Pink heart - Little Pavilion on the river Garonne
